We hope that you’ll be satisfied with your order but if you have any concerns please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve any issues you may have. Please note all earrings are non-refundable unless they are faulty. Your refund will be processed once your unworn goods have been received in their original packaging.
