COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES

We are following government guidelines and implementing further safety precautions so you can shop confidently.

• We are closed for 3 days a week to quarantine the shop
• Our front door will remain open to increase ventilation
• Our customer toilets will remain closed
• Customers must wear a mask or visa when visiting our concession or provide proof of exemption
• We provide hand-sanitizer on entry for all customers to use
• We have 2 meter social distancing markings in place
• Staff are stationed behind perspex screens and wear visas to serve customers on shop floor whilst maintaining social-distancing
• Customers can try jewellery, there will be no physical contact between staff and customers
• We use an ultra-sonic machine & UV equipment to clean all jewellery
• All surfaces are sterilized frequently
• We are only accepting card payments
•  card processing units are sterilized daily
